ok now captek on services page.

Captek™ are crowns and bridges that mimic and surpass natural teeth in esthetic and function.

Captek is a highly esthetic PFM restoration. Made of ceramic fused to a 22kt Captek gold understructure.

The basis for Captek™ esthetics is duplicating the color of the inner structures of a natural tooth, the pulp and dentin.

Captek™ structural basis is a strong, shock absorbing and biocompatible internal structure for a crown or bridge.

A unique advanced nano technology of gold composites provides the desired color background as well as a complex mechanism that protects natural teeth and implants, and not less importantly - the porcelain.

The gold composite is a highly biocompatible material with no base metal and oxides, that protects the gingiva from harmful bacteria.

The ideal preparation for PFMs is a chamfer margin preparation. If a porcelain labial margin is prescribed, then a shoulder margin preparation of 1.25 mm is required. For anterior: 2.0 mm incisal reduction, 1.5 mm middle third reduction, ensuring preparation is cut into three planes and that labial and lingual walls are convergent. For posterior: 2.0 mm occlusal reduction; 1.5 mm middle third reduction; 1.25 mm gingival reduction on the buccal; buccal and lingual walls must be convergent. Feather-edge margin preparations are indicated for full-cast restorations.
